At first glance, one of the most evident things about Overnight Flowers is the fact that they seem to place a strong emphasis on quality over quantity. In particular, they seem to vehemently decry companies in the floral industry that outsource the orders of their customers.

However, with that being said, one has to wonder just how great Overnight Flowers’ services are that they can make such criticisms. Are their critiques reasonable and can they back them up with their high-quality services?

The program works with a fairly straightforward point system and points that have been accumulated can be redeemed for gift cards. Every $1.00 that you spend with Overnight Flowers earns you 10 points and you also get an additional 200 points for creating an account on their website. Here’s what the points are worth in terms of monetary value:

• 1000 Points – $12 gift card

Another extra that we absolutely love is the free vase that Overnight Flowers provides with each purchase. Granted, you do have the option to forgo this free vase but honestly, why would you? Their vases look great and are surprisingly durable – we didn’t expect such a high-quality vase to be a free gift. In addition to this, Overnight Flowers also offers luxurious personalized gift wrap with all purchases.

Speaking of freebies, Overnight Flowers also gives its customers the option of adding a free 4x6 framed photo with any purchase. All you have to do is upload the photo and Overnight Flowers will print it, frame it, and then ship it with your flowers. This is definitely an awesome feature for customers that are ordering a bouquet as a gift.
